Ticket Services Representatives (Part-Time)
The Minnesota Orchestra is one of the largest performing arts organization in the state and one of America’s top symphonic ensembles. We are currently searching for part-time Ticket Sales Representatives to join our Audience Services Team. This role will be responsible for ticket sales and customer service over the phone or at the Orchestra box office. Some of the essential duties and requirements are noted below:
Prior experience in a guest services capacity, preferable in ticket sales
Experience using a computer, POS system, or other ticketing system
Experience in handling the exchange of cash, credit cards, or checks
Ability to do basic math, sufficient to calculating ticket pricing, making change, or other related functions
Self-motivated and capable of working diligently without constant supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, or holidays helping customers on the phone or at the box office during any of the following times:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Saturday: 11:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 2 hours prior to performance through start time
